Frank brings his 40+ years of experience in the hospitality Industry, along with the experience he has gained as the Director of Food & Beverage at Arlington Ridge since October 1, 2019.
His experiences date back to when he started bussing tables at his father’s Massachusetts restaurant, all the way to working with award winning companies such as Wyndham Hotels and the Talk of the Town Restaurant Group.
Frank’s passion for “Exceeding Expectations” has been a great catalyst for him in leading our culinary team with a focus towards attention to detail and maintaining exceptional guest experiences. We are excited to see him expand on the solid foundation that has been built under Justin’s leadership in all areas of the Club.
Frank’s leadership during the pandemic, particularly the early stages, was a calming influence to all involved. He spearheaded the efforts to get the restaurant back open in a safe, responsible manner that ensured we were able to service the community. While dealing with health requirements, staffing issues and product availability problems, he continued to nurture a positive Community Relationship that not only supports the food and beverage outlets, but also promotes our establishments success outside of the community.
Community events are something that everyone looks forward to, especially Frank and his teams. He continues to find new ways to support and enhance these events while making them accessible to everyone.
Frank is also excited to dig into the golf side of the business as he has been part of some major golf events in the past. Being part of many tournament committees over the years, his favorite (and largest) was a Celebrity Golf Event featuring the Harlem Globetrotters. The event raised money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children as well as other local charities.
