Good afternoon Arlington Ridge,
I hope everyone is having a great week and enjoying this warmer weather we’ve had this week.
We had another successful week at Arlington Ridge Golf Club, the warmer weather caused more golfers to come out and the golf course had some break from rain and cooler temperatures. With the warmer weather we did stop the tree cutting work for a few days and we will start back on hole 15 on Monday. The team spent more time getting the proper products (fertilization) on the golf course so it will continue to have positive growth. Another positive for the golf course is we found the leaks on holes 14 & 17 and have fixed them, and these areas will now be dryer and will start to look better. Next week our plan is to needle tine the greens and have a light top dress on Tuesday and as mentioned we will get back on cutting trees.
Please stop by the Golf Shop as we received the new Adidas men’s & ladies apparel this week and it looks great with the logo on them. Also, please sign up for the Taylor Made fitting day, as we have a few spaces left.
I want to give a shout out to the Men’s Interclub team as they won their home match yesterday and have one more home match next Thursday and with a win on the road the following week, they have a chance of advancing to the next round.

We are getting very positive results from the golf course and are very excited about the future of the property, as I see growth daily and a much cleaner golf course. With that said, we still have a long way to go and have goals to meet. We appreciate the great comments on the golf course and look forward to hearing more.
I want to thank everyone for all the support in the restaurant since the new menu came out last Thursday and the positive comments are wonderful to hear. We still have a lot of growth in restaurant as well... We have spent time with individual training in the front of the house and the back of the house. We have learned a lot in the past week, and we will continue to grow daily and get better at getting food and drinks out faster.

Another great week of nice specials!! Please come out and try them, letting us know what you think. I know we had a lot of great comments on the live pasta night and many requests to do it more often. We do have one scheduled for February so please stay tuned.
Once again, I want to thank everyone for the support and the positive comments… Please remember I want to hear the constructive criticism as that is the only way we are going to get better. This will help us teach, coach, and train the team to get better. I hope to continue to meet new people and please keep supporting us.
