Dear Residents and Members,
We wanted to share some of the planned activities for the upcoming week to keep you informed about the course maintenance and improvements happening around the property.
Monday, April 7th
- Verticut, Mow, Top-dress, Brush & Roll: A comprehensive grooming of the course will take place to maintain healthy turf and smooth playing conditions.
- Sod Installations: New sod will be laid left of the 2nd green and right of the 5th green to enhance the overall aesthetic and playability. Sod will also be placed along the edge of the 1st hole and the right side of the 1st fairway between the retention area and fairway.
- Height Adjustment: The cutting height will be lowered to .135 for optimal turf health and playing surface quality on the greens.
- Cart Path Birdbath Repairs: We will be repairing and refreshing the birdbaths located on the 1st, 2nd, and 15th greens to ensure they continue to function properly.
We appreciate your understanding as we continue our efforts to enhance the course and provide the best possible environment for both residents and golfers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Member Update
It has been a fantastic week, and everyone is having fun and playing well! Tomorrow marks the final rounds, followed by the exciting shootout. Best of luck to all participants—we can’t wait to see how it unfolds!
Food & Beverage
Stop by tomorrow, April 5th, as we’ll have a grill outside the Golf Shop serving hot dogs and hamburgers from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy some delicious food while spending time at the course!
