Jason's Weekly De-Scramble 12.13.24

Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is having a great week and everyone is enjoying this wonderful weather and getting ready for some warmer weather next week.

Had another great week on the Golf Course as we continue to grow as a team and continue to get more items done to make the property better. The team has finished working on the bunkers and the comments I’ve received have been very positive and they look better as well. I would say for all groups that they are playable, and you don’t have to take them out of the bunker anymore and play the ball as it lies. We also sprayed the greens this week as we continue to focus on making sure they are getting better as well. Todd and I have had numerous conversations about pin locations as well as making sure the team sets the pins correctly each day, as we know how important this is.

Next week we have favorable weather and could help with some growth as our next cold front isn’t until around Christmas time. Next week we will continue to focus on greens and continue to make the golf course aesthetically better. I believe Todd and his team having been doing a wonderful job working on the golf course and have a solid plan to keep working on.

Stop by the Golf Shop as the Holiday season is almost here, and we have great gifts in the Golf Shop, and we are having a 20% sale on all apparel and 15% on all hard goods so stop by and see if we can assist you in anyway. Also, we continue to look for more staff as we are going to have more starters and player assistance daily. We need everyone to continue to stop by each time you play golf and check in. This helps show how many member rounds we do weekly, monthly as well as the year. This also helps show how many resident rounds we do as well. I appreciate all the assistance with everyone helping us.

· Wednesday January 1st - Hair of Dog Tournament – 8:30 Shotgun start.

· Also, we are going to open the Mixed Couples Event, Club Championship events, Member Guest, and Member – Member events soon so we can order all the product we need for these great events.

I’m very happy with the direction the Golf course and team is heading in and excited for the next few months.

F&B continues to make great strides as we’ve been very busy with Christmas parties and other events this past week and have already rebook them for next Christmas. As many of you have seen we have pretty much a new staff and we have had some learning curves as we continue to teach and coach them. I understand it may take a little longer as they are moving as fast as they can as we have to make sure they understand the POS system. We had a great meeting yesterday and we will get better each day as we continue to grow.

As I mentioned last week, we are doing a New Years Eve Dinner and we will have LIVE MUSIC, we’ve hired a saxophone player to be here during dinner. We hope to see many people come and celebrate with us.

I’m very happy with the direction we are heading in and very happy with the new hires we’ve made and excited for this season as we are going to have a lot of fun and exciting plans as we continue to have new ideas.
