Good afternoon,
I hope everyone is having a great week and has had an opportunity to enjoy this warm weather and played golf this week.
Another successful week for the Maintenance team as the verticut and top-dressed greens on Monday as we continue to make sure we have positive growth on the greens and have a better roll and speed on them. I have numerous comments on how the speed has gotten better and more consistent. They also continue to work on the weed control as this plan is working wonderful and the weed control has gotten better.
This coming week the team will once again verticut and top-dress the greens, we will also be doing the pre-emergent on the tees next week. Also, as the water level continues to go down on the Golf Course, we will continue with the clean-up procedures as there were numerous branches in these areas. We will also have the tree company on property and getting this project done as well. I very happy with the quick changes Todd and his team have made in the past four (4) weeks and we understand that we have a long ways to go, but Todd and his team are committed to make sure we are heading in the right direction.
Want to thank everyone that signed up for memberships early and we are still trying to push the membership as well as we would love to see it grow. I will also send out the 2025 Member Events next week as I’m finalizing these dates and ways to make each event better than this year.

Please stop buy and get your Holiday gifts in the Golf Shop as we have new products, and what’s a better gift than something for Golf, we also offer Gift Certificates that we can mail out for gifts as well. Also, you start to see a few new faces around the Golf team as we’ve hired a few new individuals to assist us, and we continue to want to make the operation better.
We continue to make great strides in Golf and the word about our facility is getting better as I’ve booked numerous golf events, and we are starting to get groups back that have left in the past. I’m very excited about the future and getting more golfers on the property.
We had another successful week in the F&B Department as we continue to grow and get better each day. I’m happy to announce that Jordan Malloy has accepted the role of new F&B Manager, and she will be starting this Tuesday in this position. I’m vey excited and I know she will do a great job as we continue to get better each day. We’ve already hired two (2) new employees for the F&B Department and will continue to make sure we grow as a team. Also, this week Maj Mohammad will be our new Chef and we are so excited to have him as his background is wonderful and has worked at numerous high-end properties and has already hired a new Sous Chef and two (2) other new employees. I’m very excited as we have been working on numerous new ideas, new menu, etc. So, if you have a chance to see Maj and Jordan welcome them to the Management Team and watch the outstanding jobs they will do.
