Good afternoon,
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day and enjoyed being with family & friends…
We had another successful week with getting more work done on the Golf Course and we will continue to push at the areas we are focusing on. We continue to spray for Goose Grass and try to stabilize these areas as the weeds continue to pop. We also worked on making the cart path areas better on hole 5 and hope this will help us with not having to move the cart paths or have worn down turf. We also did a spiking and top dress on the greens this week to let them get a little air. They need to breathe some after receiving 6 inches of rain. We continue to work on all areas of the golf course and our main projects are the bumps in the rough and start some tree work soon… We are getting there daily and will continue to make the Golf Course better.

Also please try to sign up for the Friday 9 & dine as I would like to see this event grow again, our Golf Shop team will run this event and we run it every other week. Please look at the calendar and sign up.
We also had a very successful Member / Guest Event last weekend, and we appreciate everyone who played, and I also appreciate everyone that took the time to fill out the survey I did. My goal is to make this one of our bigger events moving forward and would love to see the number of players grow. Congrats to the winners:

As most of you know we have made some changes in the F&B area in the past week. With that happening we will not push out the new menu right now so I can get a better understanding of what we are doing right, and what we need to improve on.
As I said when I first arrived at Arlington Ridge Golf Club that “Rome wasn’t built in a day”
We all need to have patience (even me) with some of the new procedures we are going to implement. I will be scheduling a meeting with F&B Advisory Board on Monday and when I meet with that team, I will have a better idea of what direction will be moving in. I apologize for some of the items we are currently out of as I was told we were preparing for the new menu release. We will work on this, and I promise things will get better.
I appreciate everyone’s support and we will get through this process and transition together.
