Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is having a great week and is enjoying this wonderful weather!!

We had another great week on the as we continue to make great strides with the Golf Course and the team continues to accomplish many tasks. We continue to work having better turf as well as better greens. Todd also continues to get the number of staff back to where we are supposed to be at as we continue to look for new employees.

Next week the team will solid tine aerifying greens, top-dressed and rolling greens. We will continue to edge cart paths, we’ve started a new mulch bed on course, and continue to go around the Golf Course and trimming trees. We are determined to continue to move forward and get the Golf Course in the conditions we are looking for and I’ve heard numerous great comments on the Golf Course and look forward to hearing more. We will start working on fixing the bunkers this week as we’ve received permission to make them look better now that the insurance claim is in.

As most of know the Board meeting was yesterday and if you weren’t there here are the updated numbers from October:

October Numbers:

· Golf – $7,401.00 profit for month and $8215.00 better then budget as well as $59,503.00 better than previous year.

· F&B - $3,380 profit for month and $8,730.00 better then budget as well as $25,684 better than previous year.

I hope everyone is excited about this schedule and we have a fun this year and we fill the fields. Please stop by the Golf Shop and get all your holiday gifts for you family and friends as we have new items in the Golf Shop.

Tomorrow is the Turkey Shoot golf tournament, and we are looking to have a fun day. Make sure you dress warm tomorrow morning as the weather is supposed to be in the low 40’s. Also please sign up for the following events:

· December 21st – Ugly Sweater Tournament – 8:30 Shotgun – who has the best sweater!!

Overall, the golf department is getting better each day, and we continue to get numerous phone calls and continue to book more outside rounds and tournaments.

F&B continues to get better each day. We are still hiring staff and we are almost at full staff as we continue to get busier and busier each day. The kitchen staff has also gotten bigger, and everyone is going through training as well. Hopefully by the end of next week everyone will be working and trained as we get ready for a busy Holiday party schedule and a busier season. Both Jordan and Maj have been doing great things as they are in their second week of being new managers. We do appreciate the patience as we have made some mistakes, and we continue to learn from them and grow each day.

We continue to get better each day and week and we continue to educate the team so we can grow to make ARGC a better place to eat and golf.
