Good day Residents of Arlington Ridge,

The restaurant operation is looking positive as we head into our new season. October finished strong with some great events in the second half of the month. The “Italian Pasta Night” had great reviews and will lead the way too many more specialty themed dinner events. Celebrating “Oktoberfest” every weekend throughout October also received great comments for the classic German meals prepared by Chef Eric and Chef Majdy.

F&B Panel Meeting

The panel had another great meeting last week where we finalized details of the new fall lunch and dinner menus. We have set November 9th as the release date for these menus. Menu details and service hours will be posted later this week. The group had also discussed a new “Tavern Only” menu that will replace the current “Happy Hour” and “Game Day” menus. This menu will have a section of “Pub Style” selections that will be rotating on and off the menu bi-weekly.

Staffing Update

We would like to welcome Kristin Osterman and Matt Santiso to the Food and Beverage Team. Kristin will be working part-time with us serving and bartending. Matt will also be working part-time with us serving, working at Chatham’s, and will be operating the beverage cart. Please stop by and welcome our newest team members.
