FB's F&B Update


Happy November Arlington Ridge,

November is lining up to be a very busy month for the restaurant team. Thanksgiving reservations are filling in well and we should have over 150 guests enjoying the holiday dinner. We also have two $8 Burger Nights scheduled where along with our regular menu guests will be able to create their own signature burger from a great list of accoutrements. Reservations are highly suggested for Burger Night, but not required.

The Mexican Fiesta is scheduled on 11.15 and will require signing up thru our event’s page at dinearlingtonridge.com. Guests will be able to build their own tacos and/or burritos and can also enjoy a $6 margarita.

Saturday, November 25th, will be our last Prime Rib night for 2023. As the cost of beef continues to rise, we can no longer offer such a great meal at a well-received price point. We will revisit future Prime Rib nights in the springtime when beef prices generally begin to decrease. Chefs Eric & Majdy will continue to offer fantastic specialties every weekend throughout the upcoming months.

Menu Updates

The crew is preparing for a new fall menu release on November 16th. An updated Tavern Menu with new items such as the Chicken Cordon Bleu and Cuban Style Sandwiches along with a weekly Soup & Half Sandwich option.

Our fall dinner menu will include great appetizers like a Pesto Chicken Flatbread and Bang-Bang Shrimp. Our entrees will include Grilled Mahi with a Citrus Blanc sauce, Wild Mushroom with Pesto Cream, and a Classic Beef Burgundy, just to name a few. The staff, along with some suggestions from our F&B Panel, are also finalizing a Pub Menu that will only be available in the Tavern. Our pub menu will have staple items like chicken wings and pretzel and beer cheese. We will also be rotating other items such as jalapeno poppers and loaded nachos bi-weekly.

The Tavern, Dinner, and Pub menus will be available certain days of the week.

· Tavern Menu Tuesday thru Wednesday 11am to 7pm

· Thursday thru Saturday 11am to 3pm

· Dinner Menu Thursday thru Saturday 4pm to 7pm

· Breakfast Menu Sunday 9am to 1pm

Staffing Update

The team would like to welcome Nick Beaver & Triniti Thomas. Nick will be serving and Triniti will be splitting her time working Chatham’s, serving, and running the beverage cart. Please stop by and say hello.
