Jeff comes to Arlington Ridge with over 30 years of experience in food and beverage management. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and Penn State University. He has achieved several silver and gold medals in numerous food competitions including a runner up in the Ocean Spray food professional division recipe contest in NYC. He has experience at several large hotel chains including Hyatt, Marriot and the Beverly Hills Hotel. He has also opened several independent restaurants all over the USA.
He is married with two adult daughters, four dogs and four cats. He enjoys playing golf, bowling, and growing organic vegetables and herbs in his backyard garden. He also makes his own super-hot pepper sauce. Keep and eye our for it at the club!
