Frank has been in the hospitality industry for nearly forty years. His experiences date back to when he started bussing tables at his father’s Massachusetts restaurant, all the way to working with award winning companies such as Wyndham Hotels and the Talk of the Town Restaurant Group.
Frank’s passion for “Exceeding Expectations” has been a great drive for him in leading teams with a focus towards attention to detail and maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Not only showing compassion for guests and staff, he also has a vast knowledge of wines, as well as creating specialty cocktails for every occasion. Frank has been fortunate enough to work side by side with one of the best chefs in the world. Working with a “James Beard Award” winning chef has elevated his culinary background.
When not at work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling. He has had some great adventures throughout the Caribbean and European countries where he was able to experience many different cultures, how they relate to our local hospitality, and how to incorporate them within his own industry standards. Frank enjoys the new challenges that the industry always has to offer. He looks forward to bringing his knowledge and experience to the opportunity at hand and creating a culture that current and future residents will look forward to.
